A partner, not a vendor.

Skillify Global works with Singapore businesses on the unglamorous half of AI: the processes underneath it.

The practice

The tools are the easy part.

Every business in Singapore now has access to the same models. That is precisely why the model is not the advantage. The advantage is knowing which forty minutes of your Tuesday are worth automating, and having written the process down clearly enough that a machine can follow it.

That work is slower and less exciting than a demo. It is also the only part that compounds.

Every business has the same models now. The difference is what you point them at.

How we work

Four things we hold to.

Measure before recommending

No proposal until we have counted the hours. An opinion about where time goes is almost never the same as where it goes.

Build on what you have

A new subscription is a cost and a login your team will resent. We reach for it last, not first.

Write it down

Undocumented automation is a liability dressed as an asset. Everything ships with a runbook and an owner.

Say when to stop

Some processes should be fixed, not automated. Some should be left alone entirely. We would rather lose the build than sell you one that should not exist.

Where we work

Singapore first, and the teams that run out of it.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses here: professional services, trading and distribution, agencies, and operations teams inside larger firms who have been told to figure AI out and given no map for it.
